Times to phone us are the same as our opening hours - Summer-Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 1pm to 5pm. Winter 10am-5.30pm Mon-Fri.

Delivery can be a few days but usually within two weeks when in stock, some orders can take as much as 6 to 12 weeks for pieces that are not in stock, sometimes longer depending on kiln firing schedules if its a really large and complex piece.
Postage and packaging (including insurance) mainland UK
Pots ordered up to a value of
£15 costs = £3.50 to send
Above £15 to £30 = £6.50
Above £30 to £60 = £12.50
Above £60 to £100 = £17.50
From £100 and above = £20
Any orders to overseas destinations are quoted before confirming order the cost to send to most other countries is approx' half again the cost of the piece on pots over £20 or ofcourse it is possible for us to hold pieces for collection if you visit The Highlands. Gift Vouchers can be arranged for any amount from £10 or above. Full payment is due before shipping and can be made by most credit and debit cards, PayPal or a UK Sterling cheque.
Under the Distance Sales Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any home delivery. If returning goods contact us within 7 working days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and arrive undamaged. Carriage costs are not refundable.
Please take note that all pots made here are individually hand thrown, some are freehand painted then most are put in our wood fired kiln and will differ a little (no two pieces are quite the same) if you have any queries about this please do ask us before placing an order.
